Texas Wind Athletics is hiring a part-time Assistant Athletic Director to help bring structure, organization, and excellence to our day-to-day operations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes: coordinating teams, supporting coaches, and ensuring practices, games, and events run smoothly.

You’ll play a key role in executing the vision of the program while helping create a positive and consistent experience for athletes and families.

This is a part-time, paid position based on experience.

We’re looking for someone who:

Is highly organized and detail-oriented
Communicates clearly and builds strong relationships
Enjoys working in a fast-paced athletic environment
Is passionate about supporting athletes and coaches
