Cross Country
The Cross Country Program is designed to challenge athletes both physically and mentally, pushing them to reach their personal best. For both Junior High and High School athletes, cross country offers an incredible opportunity to develop endurance, discipline, and sportsmanship in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
- Junior High:The Junior High Cross Country team focuses on developing strong running techniques, stamina, and a love for the sport. Athletes are encouraged to push their limits, while learning the importance of setting personal goals and working together as a team. Races and meets throughout the season provide an exciting chance for young runners to build confidence and achieve new milestones.
- High School: For High School athletes, the Cross Country program offers more intense training and competitive opportunities, with a focus on preparing athletes for success in regional and state-level races. Coaches work closely with each runner to develop individualized training plans and strategies, while fostering a team spirit that encourages mutual support and collaboration.
No matter the level, the Cross Country program emphasizes the process of long distance running.
