Texas Wind No Refund Policy Texas Wind is committed to providing a high-quality athletic experience for all of our athletes and their families. To help maintain the integrity and structure of our programs, we have implemented a No Refund Policy. By enrolling your athlete in any of our programs, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: No Refunds: All fees, including registration, participation, and event fees, are non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of circumstances such as voluntary withdrawal, injury, or any other reason that may prevent participation. Program Costs: The fees associated with each program are used to cover operational costs, including coaching, facility usage, uniforms, and other necessary resources. As such, once payment is made, these resources are allocated accordingly, and refunds cannot be issued.
